Our engaging, interactive Making Progress workshops are facilitated sprints designed to help your team:

Your team will leave with a clear, visually mapped-out Delivery Board—a unique tool developed by Konrad & Company to keep priorities visible and actionable.

📅 90-minute or 3-hour structured workshops that can be delivered in-person or virtually using your preferred video platform

📝 Tailored inclusions: 45-minute planning session ahead of the workshop and a 1-hour retrospective session after the workshop. The Making Progress format and our Delivery Board are created in-house. No other firm has these.

💳 Investment: $2000 (ex-GST) for 90-minute workshop or $3500 (ex GST) per 3-hour workshop, for teams of up to 40 people (travel not included). Ask us about our workshop formats for larger teams!
