DIAGNOSTICs

We deploy a structured diagnostic process to rapidly review data, consult across the organisation and assess progress towards objectives and targets. Over a 4-, 8- or 12-week period, we deliver a frank and evidence-based set of findings and recommendations, supported by a full report, roadmap and leadership presentations to guide next steps.
