Principal Consultant | Strategy and Implementation

Michele is the founder of Konrad & Company, a boutique consulting firm based in Canberra. She brings a distinctive blend of expertise in strategic advisory, the energy transition, environmental policy and leadership, drawing on fifteen years’ experience in the resources and construction sectors (Bechtel, British Petroleum, and Oil Search Limited), followed by seven years as a Principal and Environmental Practice Lead with Nous Group.

This combination of first-hand leadership experience and sector knowledge enables Michele to advise and support organisations who seek to deliver outcomes in an increasingly complex operating environment. She has trusted relationships with many of the key players in energy, environment and water, including senior policymakers at federal and State agencies, researchers, and not-for-profit groups.

Director | Collaboration & Strategic Change Practice

Ellie a is a human-centred design and collaboration specialist who helps organisations solve complex challenges by bringing people together to think, decide, and act differently.

Her experience spans government, financial services, research, and professional associations, where she has led collaboration, communication, and innovation initiatives supporting large-scale transformation and organisational improvement.

Capability and Operating Model

Gayatri is a strategy and operations consultant with over five years' experience advising Commonwealth agencies, universities, and private sector clients on complex strategic planning, capability, and budget decisions. Gayatri brings deep expertise in strategy and operating model design, capability and funding reviews, and applied artificial intelligence.

Her consulting experience was developed at top-tier firms Oliver Wyman and Strategy&, including working on a strategic capability and funding review for a Commonwealth science agency that secured funding to nearly double its ongoing appropriations. Gayatri holds an active security clearance.

Manager | Planning and Information Architecture

Jay is a scientist turned management consultant bridging technical and operational expertise with strategic planning and organisational transformation.

As a Management Consultant with Nous Group and Konrad & Co, he has worked extensively with the Australian Antarctic Division on organisational transformation and planning processes, bringing unique credibility through his hands-on Antarctic operational experience.

Consultant | Communications and Policy  

Hannah is a public policy and stakeholder engagement professional with experience across government, technology policy, public affairs, philanthropy, and strategic communications. She has worked in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, supporting organisations to navigate complex policy environments, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Her experience spans policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, fundraising, and strategic advisory work. Hannah has worked with research organisations, technology companies, consulting firms, and advocacy groups, bringing a collaborative approach to complex challenges across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Project Coordinator

Arlene is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in project coordination, executive support, and business operations.

She supports Konrad & Co.'s project delivery and day-to-day operations by coordinating executive priorities, managing documentation and business systems, and assisting with stakeholder engagement, onboarding, procurement, and operational administration.

Finance Assistance

Tezzah is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable, financial administration, bookkeeping, and operational finance support.

She has worked across Australian organisations in both on-site and remote roles, providing accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Associate | Leadership Coaching and Development

Megan works with senior and executive leaders to expand their leadership capacities and capabilities. She applies a focus on mindset and behaviour shifts with her sustainable high-performance facilitation and coaching expertise.

Megan has over 20 years’ experience in leading transformation and change implementation across the government, education, and communications sectors and has coached leaders across government, defence, financial services, social services and education sectors in Australia and Canada.
